Both the Bleuet 206 and the Bleuet 270 have been very dependable stoves for me, and I hate to have to give them up for the fact that the fuel canisters cannot be sourced here in the United States, but can be found readily available in other parts of the world. Problem is that I do not have the fitting to empty them and I am apprehensive about puncturing them. I believe I will have to scrap that portion of my setup and purchase a new burner that takes a more readily available canister.

I was so disappointed to find that my backpacking stove was no longer compatible with modern fuel cannisters. It's looking like I will need to replace the control valve to a lindal valve and possible replace the fuel line to the stove. Make sure you change the "fuel jet" because the one from the Coleman Peak One stove isn't going to give you as much fuel power into the larger Turbo 270 burner.I have spent days trying to sort out an issue, and your site finally gave me the complete answer I needed to hear (I believe).

It is only for use with regular small camping stoves that are compatible with 7/16" UNEF threaded Lindal B188 valve canisters. My G-Works propane adapter is an all metal aluminium/copper construction with a wide rubber (nitrile) gasket.Just tried one of these with a Camping Gaz canister and an Epigas threaded stove and it worked fine.
